Toys"R"Us
Trade-in Center Terms & Conditions
Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to trade in video games.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian complete the transaction.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the “confirm checkout” button, you are accepting
these Terms & Conditions. You are also representing and certifying that you are the rightful
owner of the property described in your cart and that you have full authority to sell or otherwise
dispose of the property (or such authority was granted to you by the rightful owner). By sending
in your games, you hereby irrevocably transfer all right, title, and interest to that property to
Toys”R”Us in exchange for the compensation indicated, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Upon
sending in your games, you acknowledge and agree that this transaction is final and cannot be
cancelled or rescinded and no further compensation is owed to you by Toys”R”Us, its parent company,
or affiliates.
Trade-in values listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Actual trade-in value
for your game(s) shall be determined upon clicking the “confirm checkout” button and receipt
of an invoice number. Trade-in values offered online may not match trade-in values offered in
Toys”R”Us stores.
Condition of Your Games
Toys”R”Us, in its sole discretion, shall determine if a game is Complete, Incomplete, or Unacceptable
(as per the requirements below) and will issue a gift card for the appropriate value of Complete or
Incomplete Games. Gift cards will not be provided for Unacceptable Games. If there is a discrepancy
between the condition claimed and the condition as it has been evaluated by Toys”R”Us, you will be
contacted by email with an explanation, and you will be given the option of (a) accepting the different
value, or (b) having the game(s) shipped back to you at your expense.
Complete Game:
A complete game must include working game (scratches are OK), original case and cover art. The manual is preferred but not required.
Incomplete
Game:
An incomplete game must include a working game (scratches are OK). The box, artwork and manual are not required.
Incomplete games are accepted online only and not in any Toys”R”Us stores.
